Noor Al Geziry serves as the Associate Vice President for MENA & Special Projects at the Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing, part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), where she drives strategic initiatives to enhance visitor loyalty and repeat visitation across the GCC and wider MENA region. She has also played a key role in developing Dubai’s innovative wellness tourism strategy, and driving the development of leisure market strategies, including implementation and operating models, as well as guiding regional 360 teams through to delivery. Additionally, Noor oversees the marketing of Dubai as a weddings destination and the ‘Retire in Dubai’ programme, further expanding her impact on the city’s diverse tourism offerings.
With over 15 years of experience spanning tourism, hospitality, entertainment, events and leadership development, Noor has experience in delivering large-scale, high-impact projects.
Noor contributes in her current role in elevating Dubai’s global positioning as one of the world’s top three destinations to visit, live, and work in. She has demonstrated expertise across multiple domains, leveraging her stakeholder and project management skills, including destination management, brand management and design, marketing and events, real estate and development, as well as government leadership development and training.
Noor holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication from the American University in Dubai, and has previously worked with organisations such as EMAAR Properties and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development.

Dr. Hashim S. Hussein is the Head of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, Investment and Technology Promotion Office in the Kingdom of Bahrain (ITPO Bahrain), and the International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ICEI). He is also the Executive Director of the World Entrepreneurs Investment Forum, appointed as an International Ambassador for Social Corporate Responsibility; the Secretary General of the Maritime-Continental Silk Road Entrepreneurs Alliance, and the Elected Vice Chairman of the Maritime-Continental Silk Road Cities Alliance. He is also a founding member of the Islamic Creative Economy; and a board member of the World Business Angels Forums, the MENA Investment Center in Bahrain which is supported by the Organization of Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD).
He has a rich experience in the field of Industrial Development, Investment and Technology Promotion, MSME development through Innovation Entrepreneurship for the past 30 years. He is a strong international advocate for Women’s Economic Empowerment. Holds a PhD (Honors) in International Law from the Universite de Nantes, France; and obtained a Doctoral Research Programme from the University of Maryland at College Park, Centre for International Development and Conflict Management (CIDCM), Maryland, U.S.A in the year 1989. He has worked at various levels in different countries around the world towards International Development.
He joined UNIDO in 1991 as a Program Officer and eventually became the Head of UNIDO-ITPO in 1996. Dr. Hussein is also the Director of the ICEI in which he played an instrumental role in its establishment in Bahrain in 2001. Through ICEI, he initiated and developed the Enterprise Development & Investment Promotion Program (EDIP) which is currently implemented in over 52 countries from Uruguay, Africa, the MENA region and all the way to China. In addition, ICEI has provided capacity building programs to 5,500 experts worldwide in the area of promoting domestic and foreign investment, Entrepreneurship and MSMEs.

Jeff Strachan
In September 2015, Jeff Strachan, joined the Dubai College of Tourism, a unique initiative from Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism, designed as the conduit to bring the Dubai brand to life through a number of grass-roots human capital enablement initiatives including the online self-paced learning platforms Dubai Way and Dubai Expert and the campus based vocational curriculum including Tourism, Hospitality, Events and Culinary Arts. The platforms created by Dubai College of Tourism have now welcomed over 180,000 students, studying courses including sustainable tourism, inclusive service, autism and sensory awareness and the flagship Dubai Way course.
Prior to joining DET, Jeff had a sixteen-year career with Marriott International, where he was Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Middle East and Africa, responsible for the portfolio hotels across all brands. From 2005, Jeff was integral in the significant expansion of the Marriott portfolio across Middle East and Africa.
Jeff was also a successful owner/operator of Siem Reap, based boutique hotel, Maison557 taking the hotel to #1 on the trip advisor rankings and consistently ranked among the top ten in Asia. He was also a shareholder in Ayana Journeys, an ethical and responsible tour operator, based in Cambodia. Jeff has written a number of future looking whitepapers for Phocuswright and the oft-cited Future of Travel in the GCC report (2014), commissioned for Amadeus and was a founding board member of the HSMAI Middle East Chapter in 2009.
A Graduate of West of Scotland College, University of Liverpool and Open University (UK) with a Masters in Online and Distance Education, Jeff is tremendously enthusiastic and excited with the work and development of Dubai College of Tourism and the impact it will make within the Emirate.

Linda Ristagno is the Assistant Director of External Affairs for the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Linda is responsible for developing global advocacy positions and fostering multilateral dialogue across a range of topics, including accessibility for passengers with disabilities. In her role, she acts as the liaison with the tourism industry by engaging with international actors to promote the relevance of aviation as a force for good in tourism development. Linda holds an Executive master’s degree in advocacy, International Negotiation and Policymaking from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies of Geneva. In her final paper, she reviewed anti-trafficking policies and regulations and drafted recommendations on how the aviation sector could leverage its position to support governments and law enforcement stem the flow of the growing phenomenon of human trafficking. Her recommendations were taken on board by IATA and included in the strategic approach the industry subsequently adopted to prevent the heinous crime of trafficking in persons.

Jean-Sébastien Pard holds the position of Senior Manager, Facilitation, Passenger Services and Operations at ACI World. In this role, he provides guidance and support to the airport community, represents airports interests with various stakeholders (regulators, airline operators and suppliers), and encourages industry collaboration to identify improvements in passenger processes and the overall seamless travel experience. As part of his responsibilities, Jean-Sébastien is the secretary of the ACI World Facilitation and Services Standing Committee (WFSSC). He is also leading the development of best practices, implementation strategies and initiatives in the areas of accessibility, passenger process improvement, and simplified passenger travel solutions. Jean-Sébastien joined ACI World in August 2016 and has over 20 years of aviation experience with Bombardier Aerospace, Air Transat, Air Canada, and Aéroports de Montréal. During his career, he was involved in several passenger facilitation and innovation projects, requests for proposals and agreements with multiple aviation industry partners. In 1999, he successfully completed a Master’s Degree in Business Science (M.Sc.) at HEC Montreal.

Born in Birmingham, UK, Martin Heng has a BA and MA in English literature from Cambridge University and an MA in Communications from RMIT University, Melbourne. He left England in 1987 and lived, worked and travelled around the world before migrating to Australia in 1997. He worked for Lonely Planet from 1999 to 2020 in numerous roles, including seven years as Editorial Manager.
A bicycle accident in 2010 left him a quadriplegic. He was Lonely Planet’s Accessible Travel Manager & Editorial Adviser from 2013 to 2020, in which role he published a number of accessible travel titles, including the world’s largest collection of Accessible Travel Online Resources, which was cited as best practice by the UNWTO, and an accessible guide to Rio de Janeiro that was supplied to all athletes participating in the 2016 Paralympics. He also commissioned and co-wrote accessible guides to several cities.
Since 2014 he has been a regular speaker at travel conferences held by such global travel NGOs as UNWTO, WTTC, IATA and PATA. In 2021, he authored Tourism Access and Inclusion: Best Practice Guidelines for Tourism MSMEs for APEC, complemented by a series of three online workshops featuring many of the world’s accessible travel luminaries. In 2022, he authored the Accessible and Inclusive Host Handbook for the Australian Tourism Export Council, complemented by a series of training modules that he created and delivered. He has been delivering accessible and inclusive travel training for the Global Sustainable Tourism Council for several years, most recently in Stockholm and Singapore.
He currently works as head of content for Vacayit, Australia’s leading audio guide producer for the blind and low vision communities.

Bosco Leung currently serves as the Social Responsibility Lead at MTR Corporation. With over 17 years of diverse experience across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the UK, he began his career at MTR as a management trainee. Early on, Bosco earned recognition for launching the MTR Mobile app series, securing over 20 regional and local ICT and accessibility awards.
Since joining the ESG team in 2022, Bosco has shaped MTR’s social responsibility agenda, leading initiatives like the Social Inclusion Week, EmpowerZ Work Placement Pilot Scheme for ethnic minorities and youth with disabilities, Train for Life Journey 2.0 with the Social Innovation Challenge, and the ESG Project Allies Programme with NGOs and social enterprises.
He spearheaded the InterCompany Volunteer Week, uniting over 30 companies (e.g., Bloomberg, HSBC, UBS), and launched the Gender Equity Network and Male Allies Program. Bosco also oversees MTR’s Internal ESG Fund, supporting over 30 projects in the past 3 years.

Andrea Pusateri

Andrea Pusateri is an Italian Paralympic cyclist, content creator, and global advocate for inclusion. At just three years old, his life changed dramatically after a train accident in which he lost his mother and a leg. Rather than letting this define him, Andrea turned resilience into strength, building a path of inspiration through sport and storytelling.
He discovered cycling at the age of 14 and by 19 joined the Italian National Team, competing at the highest level worldwide. In 2015, after a serious crash that left him in a medically induced coma for seven days, he once again defied the odds, returning to win in the UCI Para-Cycling World Cup. Since then, he has taken on new challenges, including triathlons, Ironman 70.3, and marathons.
In 2025, Andrea launched Beyond Limits, an extraordinary solo cycling journey across Ireland: 2,600 km in 16 days with one leg. The project reached more than 10 million people online, spreading a powerful message of determination and inclusion. In 2026, he will continue this mission with a new edition of Beyond Limits along the iconic Route 66 in the United States, from Chicago to Los Angeles.
Andrea is also the first Paralympic athlete to serve as Team Captain at the Giro d’Italia E, breaking barriers and inspiring athletes and fans alike. Through his authentic content, speeches, and adventures, he demonstrates that disability is not a limitation, but a force.

Vanessa Hamdi Osman is a voice-over artist, actress, model and writer. She was a subject in the book, “Scarred for Life” and was a contributing writer for New Mobility and The HUB magazines. She can be seen in the Emmy-winning Red Bull documentary film “Any One of Us” on HBO.
On the award-winning radio station WERS 88.9 FM, Vanessa worked as a producer and DJ for The Gyroscope, the station’s World Music program. It is where she discovered her voice has always been her greatest asset.
In 2020, Vanessa was featured in “Diversity Walks & Talks” for DIVERSEartLA and walked the runway at the 25th anniversary of the LA Art Show. That same year, she became curator and host of the first virtual Los Angeles Monthly Salon, part of Boris Goldmund’s international arts collective The Monthly Salon, which fosters global arts communities in SF, Berlin, Mumbai, and LA.
Vanessa mentors those with spinal cord injuries as a peer mentor with the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation and as an Ambassador for the Triumph Foundation and Artists For Trauma. She also volunteers at a ranch that provides equine-assisted therapy and outdoor access for people with disabilities. In 2022, she joined the foundation’s executive committee.
Born in New Jersey and raised in Dubai, Vanessa is a graduate of Emerson College where she majored in Communications, Management and Public Policy and earned her Bachelors. Tanzila Khan is an entrepreneur, accessibility auditor, and filmmaker advancing disability rights and accessbility. She created Woopie Town, a board game on disability awareness. Through her NGO Creative Alley, she equips youth with life skills using theatre and storytelling. Tanzila also wrote two books, produced the short film FruitChaat, and launched Brain Masala, Pakistan’s first fully accessible podcast. In 2022, she received the Amal Clooney Women’s Empowerment Award from King Charles. A graduate of Uppsala University, she continues to travel, write, and speak globally on accessibility and inclusion.
